At Voss Helmets, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit and style for your ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the helmet and all accessories back into the original Voss protective bag and box to ensure it remains scratch-free during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the helmet for safety compliance and condition, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
