How do I determine my correct helmet size?
To find your perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head approximately one inch above your eyebrows. Compare your measurement to our size chart found on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.
Are Voss helmets safety certified?
Yes, all Voss helmets meet or exceed DOT (Department of Transportation) safety standards. Specific models may also carry ECE certification. You can find the specific safety ratings listed in the product specifications of each helmet.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn helmets in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, any helmet that shows signs of road use or damage cannot be accepted for return.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within North America usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
